A pre or post tenancy clean requires that the property is empty of all personal belongings. We need to be informed if linen, kitchen and bathroom utensils are provided with the property and are to be included in the clean. As with all our cleaning services, we will provide all necessary cleaning materials, tools and equipments and will remove all rubbish at the end of the job.
A pre or post tenancy clean includes:
- Kitchen: Clean all work surfaces; clean inside / outside all kitchen cupboards and drawers – disposing of all old food etc; clean inside / outside of oven; clean inside / outside of microwave; wash inside / outside of dishwasher; clean inside / outside of fridge; clean hob / grill; sweep and wash hard surfaces; degrease wal tiles; de-scale and clean sink and taps; clean inside / outside of bins; wipe window ledge, skirting boards, door frames and radiators.
- Bathroom: De-scale, clean and polish shower screen; degrease, clean and polish tiles; clean and polish bath, basin, taps, shower and fittings; remove all soaps and shampoo; clean and polish mirrors; wash and santitise floors; clean inside / outside of bins.
- Bedrooms: Vacuum and mop (where necessary); clean and polish mirrors; wash, dust and polish window sills, ledges, skirting boards, door frames and radiators; remove cobwebs; clean inside wardrobes and cupboards.
